The MV-6000B Series is an in-line tester that inspects noise (sound/vibration) by waveform analysis. It captures the sound and vibrations generated from the object under test and conducts quantitative analysis to make judgments similar to those made based on the human senses. The Movelet can enhance specific frequency ranges by its unique analysis method "fluctuation conversion", enabling inspections at noisy production sites with substantial noise. Cosmo’s Air Leak Testers began with the automation of cylinder block airtightness tests for engines in 1970. Our products are utilized in various fields including automotive parts, gas, water supply, medical, electrical, electronics, and food.
