Easily connect an additional travel axis (7th axis) to the robot! igus's linear actuator significantly expands the robot's range of motion.
By adding igus's linear actuator as the travel axis (7th axis), it is easy to expand the workspace and range of motion of collaborative robots, including universal robots and SCARA robots. The igus linear actuator "drylin ZLW (timing belt drive)" is based on igus's linear guide "drylin," which slides with resin sliding elements. It can be used in a hygienic manner without the need for lubrication or oiling.
