The "M series" is a hybrid type 2-phase stepping motor equipped with a magnetic battery-less absolute encoder. No dedicated driver is required, and it can be purchased as a standalone motor! It can be used with a custom open-loop control driver. Stepping motors with absolute encoders have functions equal to or greater than those with optical encoders, while offering the following advantages: ● Retains position information even when not powered ● No need for position sensing sensors or backup batteries ● Immediate restart without returning to the origin Therefore, it is now possible to reduce the number of components and install in tight spaces, making it easier to achieve VA and cost reductions that were previously difficult. 【Features】 ● Available in 9 types with 3 mounting angles ● Achieves unprecedented thinness with a unique sensor structure ● Retains current position using a magnetic absolute sensor (sensor-less operation without returning to the origin) ● Retains position information for 1000 rotations for □42 and 56 mm, and 200 rotations for □28 mm ● Retains position information even when not powered (battery-less with no need for backup power) ● Can choose between absolute output or incremental output
