In 2012, with the introduction of a 3D printer from Keyence, we began developing and supporting the creation of prototypes, transforming our molding operations into a company capable of handling everything from development to mass production, focusing primarily on injection molding of rigid and flexible PVC, which we have handled since our founding. As a result, by utilizing high-resolution 3D printers to create acrylic or silicone materials, we have significantly shortened development periods, reduced costs, and improved quality by allowing for shape verification during the development stage. This has also been used as a communication tool during sales, meetings, and presentations.
