Epoxy resin paint has excellent rust prevention capabilities and adhesion, and is mainly used as a primer. Additionally, polyurethane resin paint is made by combining polyol resin and isocyanate. As product information, the coating specifications for a product with dimensions of 2000mm×2000mm×500mm are provided. A zinc-rich primer is applied once, epoxy resin paint is applied twice, and polyurethane resin paint is applied once, with a minimum film thickness of 320μm. The video was filmed after the application of zinc-rich primer on both sides and one side of epoxy resin paint was completed. Although the shape is complex, the coating was applied thoroughly.
