Leveraging the fluororesin polymerization technology we have cultivated over many years, as well as our insights in the conformal coating market, we have developed a 'Fluorine Conformal Coating' that provides "moisture-proof and insulation protection" for automotive electronic substrates. Conventional organic solvent-based coatings require a thermal drying and curing process after application due to their boiling points of 100°C to 130°C. Our 'Fluorine Conformal Coating' uses low-boiling fluorinated solvents, allowing for room temperature drying, thus eliminating the thermal drying process and significantly contributing to the reduction of fossil fuel use and carbon dioxide emissions. Additionally, it is more resistant to temperature changes and has superior long-term durability compared to conventional coatings for automotive applications, with safety guaranteed by international standards.
