Demonstrates reliable flame-retardant effects! The latest water-based special coating transforms the applied object into a fire-resistant state just by being applied.
"BL Anti-Fire Soft" is a special flame-retardant coating that imparts fire-resistant properties to various materials through simple application. It exhibits functions such as suppressing thermal decomposition, diluting flammable gases, blocking oxygen supply, and cooling the ignition area at the time of ignition and combustion initiation. During the mid to late stages of combustion, it continuously generates non-combustible char to promote insulation against the burning area and block the supply of oxygen. Furthermore, it dilutes and blocks flammable gases, suppressing the occurrence of flames. [Mechanism] BL Anti-Fire Soft is specially designed to lead the three elements involved in combustion: heat, flammable gases, and oxygen, to irreversible progression due to individual combustion-related factors, thereby controlling the combustion of substrates, items, products, etc. [Features] - Contains no halogens - Cooling / Dilution effect - During combustion, it generates gases such as H2O, CO2, and NH3 through an absorption decomposition reaction, resulting in a cooling effect. - The generated gases lower the concentration of flammable gases from the target surface. - Phosphate esters promote the carbonization of polymers. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Company information
At the research institute, we have successfully blended the advantages of organic and inorganic materials to an unprecedented high level through our unique development process. We have released a variety of cutting-edge hybrid coatings under the brand [BL HY-COATER], which are rich in functionality and primarily based on siloxane bonds (Si-O bonds). These hybrid coatings, which fully demonstrate the excellent properties of silicone, are truly deserving of the title "ultimate" and are used in various fields, including major domestic and international automobile manufacturers, developers, general contractors, medical and precision machinery sectors, as well as home appliance manufacturers and numerous public works in construction and manufacturing processes, receiving high praise and proven results. Furthermore, all functional specialty paints handled by [BL HY-COATER] are pure products delivered directly from the research institute without any intermediaries. We believe that any negative perceptions such as "specialty paints and glass coatings seem very suspicious..." will be dispelled with the BL HY-Coater series in the future.
