Conducting trials under various conditions! A case where we were able to create a process that is comparable to the one in the pipe front.

A major manufacturer consulted us about wanting to transfer the plating process for concert xylophones and glockenspiels. Since we had the same type of plating bath, it seemed to have a lower hurdle compared to transferring it to another company. However, we found that there were differences in the metal content of the plating film, making it impossible to create a process that matched perfectly. Therefore, we conducted trials under various conditions. After several rounds of prototypes, we were able to establish a process that was comparable to the one before the transfer.
