This is a small sorting machine that automatically sorts dried shiitake mushrooms to a set size as they pass through a rotating drum. (Compatible with household power supply, single-phase 100V) It can sort into five sizes: small (jammy), small leaf, medium leaf, medium leaf (upper), and large leaf. The wide-designed inlet eliminates clogging and crushing of the mushrooms. It comes with casters, making installation and movement easy.

The input opening is set at a height of 90 cm, making it easy to use! Simply place a box of shiitake mushrooms on a standard cardboard box (90 cm high) and tip it over to start the sorting process.
