Aqua Blaster
The load reduction rate with conventional carrier processing was 24.2%, while the Aqua Blaster achieved a reduction rate of 39.1%. This resulted in a performance difference of 1.24 times!
Since it was a parallel two-system processing, to confirm the performance of the Aqua Blaster, all the biological carriers from one of the towers were removed, and the Aqua Blaster was installed with the same air volume. Upon checking the processing efficiency, the load reduction rate for the conventional carrier processing was 24.2%, while the tank with the Aqua Blaster achieved a reduction rate of 39.1%. As a result, the overall load changed from 2,960 mg/L to 2,380 mg/L, resulting in a "1.24 times capacity difference." Even without the supported carriers, the performance was demonstrated, and it was naturally installed in the remaining tower, leading to the decision to remove carriers in other factories as well and implement the Aqua Blaster.
