Piping for engine control system

By using the ring, the crimping width can be reduced, making it suitable for use at relatively low pressure!

The "Piping for Engine Control System" is a piping component used in the lubrication circuit of the idle stop system. After assembling the flange, union, and pipe, a deoxidized copper brazing process is performed. By using a ring for crimping, the crimping width can be reduced, making it suitable for use at relatively low pressures. 【Features】 ■ The use of a ring for crimping allows for a smaller crimping width. ■ Suitable for use at relatively low pressures. ■ End processing and bending processing (manual bending jig). ■ After assembling the flange, union, and pipe, a deoxidized copper brazing process is performed (with a right angle tolerance of 0.1 for the flange and union). ■ Quality assurance: All units are guaranteed against leaks through pressure testing. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
