HyST300 model R This is a 300L steel pressure vessel designed primarily for hydrogen stations, featuring world-class durability with over 600,000 usable cycles while being low-cost. 【Features】 - It uses seamless steel pipes that excel in fatigue durability under high-pressure hydrogen environments. - Due to excellent hardenability, both the mirror and body sections have uniform and superior hardness. - The finishing method of surfaces in contact with hydrogen is strictly managed to avoid adverse effects on hydrogen embrittlement. - High reliability is established by directly conducting non-destructive testing of the inner surface. 2. HyST300 model S This is a high-durability pressure vessel with excellent fatigue characteristics in hydrogen. Designs can be tailored to meet requirements regarding size, capacity, design standards, and operating pressure range. 【Features】 - It can accommodate large capacities of over 300L and ultra-high pressures exceeding 100MPa. - It possesses high durability that allows use even under large pressure amplitudes. - Low-alloy steel with high strength, excellent hardenability, and resistance to hydrogen embrittlement is adopted. - Fatigue life is not affected by hydrogen. - Long-life design based on high-precision non-destructive testing is possible.
