- Due to the properties of the urethane material, urethane wheels have the drawback of easily trapping chips and damaging the road surface because of their high surface hardness and resilience. By adopting a special rubber, we have successfully reduced the amount of chips that get trapped to less than 1/10 compared to conventional rubber and urethane wheels. This allows the wheels to be used for a long time without damaging the road surface. - In the case of standard rubber wheels, the low oil resistance can cause the rubber molecules to deteriorate and tear easily when exposed to oil, leading to various issues. However, the special rubber has excellent oil resistance, preventing deterioration from oil and also reducing dirt on the road surface. You can use it with confidence even in harsh environments, such as those exposed to cutting oil. (However, depending on the type of oil, it may not be usable for long periods.) - In addition to the moderate elasticity of the special rubber, the wheel bearing section is equipped with radial ball bearings, stabilizing the axle and achieving smooth and comfortable movement. The wheel sizes available are 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, and 200mm.
