A fun and highly effective card game workshop for teamwork training! It comes with manuals, handouts, and teaching materials, so those in charge can feel at ease.
【Program Overview】 This is a practical exercise where the task is to create a map to the dentist in the neighboring town for Jack, who cannot stop his toothache. The team will communicate and collaborate using the fragmented information (card information) provided to all team members, such as "There are two bus stops, A and B, in the neighboring town" and "The dentist is in front of the park." This experiential learning program has been supported by many companies for over 30 years since its presentation. 【Learning Objectives】 Team Building Participants will learn "communication for team building." The goal of this workshop is for members to get to know each other's personalities and to facilitate easier communication than before. 【Post-Training Outcomes】 ■ Understanding the basics of communication, such as listening well to the opinions and information of other members and clearly conveying one's own opinions and information. ■ Building camaraderie among members by achieving the task. ■ Recognizing the importance of information sharing and goal setting in helping the team achieve its objectives. *For more details, please refer to the related links page or feel free to contact us.
