Full transmission/diffused transmission/correlated haze & SCISCE gloss 'CM-36dG'
Six types of measurements for transmission and reflection with one device!
The following six measurements can be taken with a single device: ■ Reflection - Color (SCE: appearance color) - Color (SCI: material color) - Gloss (60° glossiness) ■ Transmission - Color (total transmission: color of the material unaffected by cloudiness/turbidity) *1 - Color (diffuse transmission) *2 - Correlation haze (haze) (degree of cloudiness/turbidity) calculated from *1 and *2 Although it is not a haze meter that complies with the latest haze standards, it can calculate the total transmission rate and diffuse transmission rate of transmission samples based on total transmission measurement di:0° (diffuse illumination: light received from 0° direction; including direct transmitted light) and diffuse transmission measurement de:0° (diffuse illumination: light received from 0° direction; excluding direct transmitted light), in accordance with JIS Z 8722 condition g, CIE No.15 (2004), DIN 5033 Teil7, and ASTM E1164. Therefore, it is possible to evaluate correlation haze (haze). Additionally, the color (SCI/SCE) and gloss of reflection samples can also be measured with a single device. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Color and light measurement instruments and appearance inspection systems, hyperspectral cameras While there are standards for length and weight, there are none for color. We have created a standard for color, which each person could only perceive through their senses, by measuring and quantifying it. Our goal is to provide a reference value for color and light that replaces the uncertain human eye. This means creating a "ruler" that everyone can use to measure color with confidence. It should provide consistent and stable values anytime and anywhere. Additionally, it is important that the values from the measuring instruments match what is visually observed. We aim to deliver reliable values regardless of the environment in which measurements are taken around the world. Our advanced technology for measuring color and light brings safety and peace of mind to our customers and enhances product value.
