He recorded the main analyses of the existing grinding wheel pack, including the lifespan of the grinding wheel, power consumption, and the quality of the finished surface. Next, a new grinding wheel pack was sent to Heimer for balance testing, and one that was balanced to G2.5 or better at 10,000 RPM was returned. The grinding wheel was returned to the production line with the same rotational speed and grinding parameters, and results were recorded during and after processing.
