We will introduce measures to address the issue of rust prevention oil and grease not being thoroughly removed before painting!
We will introduce troubleshooting for the phenomenon known as "blistering," which occurs when water that has penetrated the coating evaporates due to the heat of the curing oven, expands into steam, and lifts the coating into a bubbly form. If the cause is that the moisture on the workpiece has not been completely removed, it is possible to take measures by checking the water removal drying oven and the way the workpiece is hung. Additionally, there are measures for cases where rust prevention oil or grease has not been thoroughly removed before painting. [Causes and Measures (Excerpt)] ■ Because the moisture on the workpiece has not been completely removed → Check the water removal drying oven and the way the workpiece is hung ■ Because rust prevention oil or grease has not been thoroughly removed before painting → Apply appropriate pretreatment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
