During the regular inspection (once a year), a full operation check was conducted. However, there were concerns about the valve sticking, and there have been instances where the valve could not operate, leading to the safety valve being activated. When conducting operational tests, it was necessary to clean the piping due to backflow from the outside air. As a result, we are currently performing operational tests and cleaning work before operation, but we wanted to reduce downtime. This system can prevent sticking of valves that are normally closed and confirm their operation. By operating the valve just before the piping line slightly opens, we can prevent sticking while simultaneously confirming whether the valve is in a state that allows it to operate.
