We propose strong and lightweight composite materials (carbon fiber reinforced plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastic).

Further weight reduction can be achieved through optimal fiber orientation. ● There are specific properties required for the components. We can combine the desired fibers and resins. Depending on the combination, we can create products with various properties. Fibers (glass, carbon, natural fibers, organic fibers, inorganic fibers, etc.) Resins (thermosetting resins, thermoplastic resins, etc.) At Shikibo, we are developing fiber-reinforced materials (3D preforms, 2D preforms, etc.) and molding methods based at our research facility. We can also propose curved fiber arrangements in preforms, round fibers, multi-row fiber orientations, various thicknesses, and zanking (interlayer reinforcement). Additionally, we can suggest suitable fiber orientations for the required properties of components and recommend appropriate materials and manufacturing methods tailored to customer needs. We are capable of producing composites using functional fibers that are difficult to handle, such as super fibers and ceramic fibers, as well as FRP components that meet customer requirements for large parts and complex shapes.
