Would you like to switch from traditional probing rod surveys to drone inspections?
Drone inspections were legally recognized on April 1, 2022, following the amendment of Article 12 of the Building Standards Act. The inspection method involves using a drone equipped with an infrared device to take aerial shots of the inspection target, measuring temperature differences on the tile surface with the infrared device to detect any lifted areas. Traditional inspections require two types of methods: tapping surveys and infrared surveys, both of which involve workers inspecting the exterior walls, making them time-consuming and costly. However, with drone inspections, the inspection is conducted by capturing aerial images of the target with a drone, eliminating the need for scaffolding and other equipment compared to traditional methods, thus reducing costs and time. (Features) - No need for scaffolding or other equipment - Cost reduction - Inspections can be completed in a short period *If you would like to know more details or specific examples, please feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Example】 ■ For a project that traditionally takes 2 months (1 month for inspection + 1 month for report preparation) and costs 10 million yen, using drone inspection can reduce the timeline to 1 month (1-2 days for inspection + 1 month for report preparation) at a cost of 3 million yen. ■ If it is difficult to conduct the inspection solely with drones due to the proximity of neighboring buildings, a combined inspection method with traditional methods can be proposed. ■ An estimate can be provided if the address and elevation drawings of the property to be inspected are available.

Company information
Tanabe City, which has flourished as the gateway to the Nanki Kumano region, is also a place associated with the great figure who sounded the alarm for the environment, Kumagusu Minakata, and is a region with a high level of environmental awareness that has inherited his spirit. Miyaso originally manufactured buttons in Tanabe City for 100 years, but during the manufacturing process, nearly half of the materials were discarded as "punching waste." This led to the idea of researching how to reuse this waste, resulting in the successful development of technology. Coincidentally, in 1995, the "Container and Packaging Recycling Law" was enacted, but local governments were struggling with the processing of collected PET bottles. Therefore, in collaboration with the Wakayama Prefectural Industrial Technology Center, we established a chemical recycling technology for PET bottles that applied button waste reuse technology. Currently, we handle PET bottle processing for many local governments. Additionally, we provide consulting and sales for factory wastewater treatment systems, sales of septic tanks, and sales and installation of household and commercial disposers. We hope to further contribute to social and environmental issues through the recycling of PET bottles.
