The FANUC handheld laser welding machine is the latest fiber laser welding machine equipped with a self-developed welding head that has a swing mechanism to fill gaps. It can perform four types of processing with one machine: 1. Fiber laser welding 2. Welding seam cleaner (burn removal) 3. Laser cutting (thin plates) 4. Laser cleaner (removal of rust, paint, epoxy, dirt, etc., and degreasing) Fiber laser welding can weld at speeds 2 to 10 times faster than YAG welding or TIG welding. (Due to less distortion and burn, productivity can improve by 3 to 15 times when considering subsequent processes.) There is no laser light, and in addition to a swing beam (which swings left and right around a fixed point), eight different shapes can be selected, allowing for higher quality welding. It can also handle high-speed welding without melting during gap welding between thin plate workpieces. With a double wire specification, gap welding of up to 10 mm is possible. Maximum processing plate thickness: SUS 8 mm, aluminum 6 mm, iron 8 mm, and welding of copper and brass is also possible. Welding of thin plates can be done with very little distortion. We provide delivery and after-sales service at the same price throughout Japan (excluding remote islands).
