External EAP Service Counseling Service This is a counseling service where certified psychologists, clinical psychologists, and career counselors listen to the concerns of your employees either online or in designated consultation rooms. There are annual contracts and spot contracts available, and both options can include consulting services as an add-on.
Price information
The basic monthly fee for your contract is @300 yen × number of employees (*) + management fee. You can optionally add consultation for the organization. *The number of employees in this contract refers to the number of employees in the month prior to the contract month. (Example) For a company with 100 employees: @300 yen × 100 employees + management fee @2,000 yen. If the number of users in a month exceeds 10% of the contracted number of employees, an additional charge of @8,000 will be billed for each case, separate from the basic fee.
