Ultimately, by trimming the margins of both parts, work efficiency improved!
Here is a case study for Company A in Saitama Prefecture. They were struggling with the desire to "neatly pack thick boxes" and found that "using regular gusseted bags resulted in inefficiencies due to excess material when folding and closing the lid." They sent us actual boxes, and we created samples multiple times. Ultimately, we improved work efficiency by cutting off the excess material from the lid. Our company is engaged in the manufacturing and sales of plastic film bags (OPP, CPP) and the sales of other bags (such as polyethylene bags) that we do not manufacture. Our main production includes a wide variety of bags related to textiles (such as socks and supports), DM bags, plastic product bags, and bags for vegetables, among others. Instead of selling existing products, we offer all items as custom-made to meet the size, shape, and purpose requested by our customers.
