In 2016, I had a conversation with Professor Saito from Ashikaga University (then Ashikaga Institute of Technology) about "Ventilation and Airflow," which was serialized in the Japan Housing News (6 installments).
In wooden houses, the ventilation and air circulation of the structure is considered important, yet it poses many problems. Professor Hiroaki Saito from Ashikaga University, who is conducting training on design methods for building envelopes that include energy conservation and durability, has provided a simple and easy-to-understand explanation of the basics of structural ventilation and air circulation, using real examples over six sessions. <Content> Vol.1 The Necessity of Ventilation and Air Circulation Vol.2 Attic Ventilation Vol.3 Case Study 1: Problems Due to Poor Ventilation Vol.4 Case Study 2: Problems Due to Poor Ventilation Vol.5 The Necessity of Ventilation in Lower Roofs Vol.6 Modern Living Environments and Ventilation
