It does not stick just by touching, and fine adjustments in position are possible. Additionally, it can be easily and strongly fixed by simply pushing it in, contributing to the simplification of the process.

We would like to introduce the positioning type of "Velcro" that we handle. This product is designed to be used with a combination of hooks with a special shape and loops arranged in high density. Generally, hook-and-loop fasteners engage simply by the hooks and loops touching each other, but this product does not engage just by lightly touching the loop surface with the hook. Instead, it allows for sliding adjustments of position, and once the position is set, pushing the hook into the loop to embed it activates the engagement function. Once engaged, the hook has a shape that makes it difficult to pull out, providing high engagement strength. As a result, it allows for easy fixation of objects compared to using screws, bolts, or nuts, and is increasingly adopted in applications where simplification of production processes is desired.
