Replace with folding fins! This leads to weight reduction for the entire product.
We received an inquiry stating, "The heat dissipation components of lighting-related products are very heavy." As a solution, please consider using "folding fins" for the fin section. By replacing the shape of the fin section, which expands the heat dissipation area, with folding fins, it is possible to significantly reduce the thickness of the fins while maintaining the surface area compared to die-cast or extruded products. As a result, this leads to a reduction in the overall weight of the product. [Case Summary] ■ Issue: The heat dissipation components of lighting-related products are very heavy. ■ Proposed Solution: Consider using folding fins for the fin section. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
