We would like to introduce a case study of the "De-Palletizing Robot" system, which grips paper bags (25kg) on a pallet with a vacuum suction hand and supplies them to a downstream bag opening machine. The customer faced challenges such as "humans are supplying the bags, but the long hours of handling heavy items are becoming harsh, and there are limitations to the supply capacity." In response, we proposed the adoption of robotic transportation. We added a pantograph-type tilt mechanism and a retry function through the operating program to address minor collapses.
