Wireless communication-based tie bar measurement system for simultaneous strain measurement on four tie bars used in presses, injection molding, and die casting machines.
This sensor utilizes a strain gauge and directly measures the surface at the installation position through attachment with magnets. It does not require steel bands or other mounting aids for installation, allowing for very quick and easy setup. With the built-in wireless module, it can communicate wirelessly on its own, making it a state-of-the-art sensor with excellent functionality and ease of use. Its main applications include maintenance and research and development for injection molding machines. ■ Main Features - Easy installation with magnets, achieving setup in just a few seconds - Displays strain values in με and clamping force in kN or t - Simultaneous strain measurement and clamping force measurement with up to four tie bars - Wireless transmission and reception (Bluetooth 5.0: 2.4GHz) eliminates the need for cables - Usable on flat surfaces or tie bars with a diameter of 45 mm or more - Rechargeable built-in battery with a maximum operating time of 12 hours - Also equipped with measurement software for iOS and Android mobile devices.
