Open-roll continuous mixer "Needex"

We will introduce a high-dispersion processing machine that features a high filler content and advanced temperature control capabilities.

"Nidex" is a unique mixing machine that drives two jacketed rolls, each equipped with spiral grooves on the surface, using separate motors. The strong shear action generated between the rolls achieves high dispersion and creates new functional materials. Materials that are sensitive to heat or auxiliary materials that should not be damaged can also be added in the latter part of the process.
