Motor rotor protective cover - Prevents magnet scattering

We propose a thin-walled seamless cover made of non-magnetic stainless steel to prevent the scattering of permanent magnets in the rotor part of the motor.

【Application】 The rotational speed of motors used in electric vehicles and home appliances is on the rise, leading to an increased demand for covers that prevent damage or detachment of the rotor's permanent magnets in order to ensure the functionality of the motors from a redundancy perspective. Additionally, this cover is required to be thin to minimize the air gap between the coil and the magnet, thereby reducing magnetic loss and achieving lightweight rotors. Endo Manufacturing offers a thin and lightweight "Motor Rotor Protection Cover" made from non-magnetic stainless steel, processed with unique technology for metal sleeves. 【Features】 - The material used is the highly versatile non-magnetic stainless steel SUS316L. - The manufacturing method employs deep drawing and stretching processes through pressing. By combining spinning methods, further precision can be achieved. - The shape can accommodate pipe shapes or bottomed shapes depending on the assembly method.
