A steel piston with a one-piece structure that does not require welding!
We offer the 'MONOTHERM(R) piston,' designed as a one-piece structure for diesel engines, aimed at achieving lightweight and low-cost solutions for improved fuel efficiency. Depending on the application, you can choose between open and closed skirt structures. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Benefits】 - Contributes to reduced friction at high temperatures due to a lower thermal expansion rate compared to aluminum pistons. - Potential for reduced cooling losses due to a lower thermal conductivity. - Reduced fluid friction due to a shorter skirt. - Lighter and more cost-effective than welded steel pistons. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
