- Wrapping (Wide Width) We perform wide wrapping used for doors, counters, and more. Our original dedicated unit delivers products of excellent quality. - Wrapping Machine (Frame) We have developed technology that wraps 360 degrees at once, producing frame materials and more. We can accommodate special shapes as well. - NC Boring Machine Using high-performance processing machines, we produce high-quality and stable products daily. We process and produce on a made-to-order basis, handling production in box units. - Dowel Inserting Machine This machine automatically drills holes in the base material, injects adhesive, and drives in wooden dowels. We process and produce in box units. - Edge Banding Machine This machine automatically applies decorative materials ranging from 0.5mm to 2.0mm to the edges, completing the finishing process. We take pride in the beautiful finish of the edges.

Techno F&C is the main production factory of Misawa Homes, a pioneer in industrialized housing. The strengths of Techno F&C lie in its "production technology" and "manufacturing technology" cultivated through the industrialization of housing. All the industrialized homes we create are custom-made for each residence. With approximately 150,000 variations of structural components, the combinations of about 700 components for a single home are virtually limitless. All these components are produced not in lots, but individually, made to order. We optimize the production sequence considering the assembly order at the construction site and the transportation loading efficiency, and we also mix the production of two or three homes to level the load on the production process.
