Glass epoxy (Galaepo) laminated boards are made by impregnating woven glass fibers with epoxy resin, layering them, and then applying heat curing treatment. They excel in insulation properties, mechanical strength, flame resistance, and low dielectric constant, and are used in a wide range of fields and applications, starting with materials for electronic components, due to their thinness and resistance to warping. The RISHOLITEⓇ (Rishoraito) ES-3260 produced by Rishomachi Kogyo Co., Ltd. is a glass cloth-epoxy laminated board that has received ANSI Grade G-11 certification within the high heat resistance series, classified as heat resistance class H (180°C). Its Tg (glass transition temperature) is 180°C, providing excellent mechanical strength at elevated temperatures. Applications include "insulation spacers and thermal insulation materials, which excel in mechanical strength during heating."
