It has over 30 years of manufacturing history since 1989 and is widely used as a preservative in food. Polylysine is a natural food preservative produced through fermentation. Due to its high safety, we have received numerous requests to use it for various antibacterial applications. In response to customer feedback, we have started selling it as a reagent.
