No experience or skilled techniques required! Effective for minor leaks that appear as dampness due to the deterioration of packing. Ideal for detecting leaks in PVC pipes!
The "Tracer Gas Method" involves injecting a harmless tracer gas into pipes with leaks, detecting the tracer gas that escapes from the leak point using an external detection device, and identifying the location of the leak. Unlike existing acoustic methods, it is effective for difficult leaks in resin pipes (such as polyethylene and PVC). It does not require experience or specialized skills. Additionally, it can detect leaks regardless of the condition of the surface, whether it be soil, asphalt, or concrete. 【Features】 ■ Effective for difficult leaks in resin pipes (such as polyethylene and PVC) ■ Effective for minor leaks that seep due to deterioration of seals ■ Detectable even in noisy environments such as near vehicles or factories ■ Effective for newly installed pipes that do not pass pressure tests ■ Detectable regardless of the condition of the surface, whether it be soil, asphalt, or concrete *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Tracer Gas Method Procedure** 1. Close the shut-off valve of the water meter to seal the exploration area and drain the water from the pipes through faucets and other outlets. 2. Attach the discharge hose to the outlet of the tracer gas generation device. 3. Connect the discharge hose to the faucet closest to the water meter. 4. Open the faucet farthest from the injection point to release any remaining water and confirm the gas is being expelled. 5. Open each faucet to check for gas expulsion and confirm that the gas has filled the pipes. 6. Use an exploration probe to walk along the pipes for exploration. 7. The device does not respond in areas without leaks. 8. As you approach a leak, the device emits sound and light signals, and the numerical display on the screen increases. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
