This is a USB 2.0 compatible digital input/output unit that expands the input/output capabilities of a computer with digital signals. It supports digital signal input/output of 12-24VDC. It is equipped with 16 points of photo-coupler isolated input (current sink output compatible) and 16 points of photo-coupler isolated open collector output (current sink type). Up to 16 points of the input signals can be used as interrupts. Additionally, it features a digital filter function and a protection circuit for the output transistors (surge voltage protection and overcurrent protection). It is compatible with the connector shape and signal arrangement of the PCI bus compatible board PIO-16/16L(PCI)H and the PCI Express bus compatible board DIO-1616L-PE, making it easy to transition from existing systems. 【Main Features】 ● 16 points of photo-coupler isolated input and 16 points of photo-coupler isolated open collector output ● Equipped with USB hub functionality ● 16 input signals can be used as interrupt request signals ● Built-in Zener diode for surge voltage protection and poly-switch for overcurrent protection in the output circuit ● Connector compatibility with PCI/PCI Express bus compatible boards
