Our robotic welding machines come in two types, which are used according to the processed products. Once the program is set, even operators without technical skills can achieve high-quality and stable welding, contributing to increased productivity. Fiber Laser Welding Robot (manufactured by Trumpf) * Welding methods: Pulse welding, CW welding [Features] Enables welding of thin plates and fine shapes with appropriate welding methods. Welding of copper and aluminum is also possible. Achieves a beautiful finish on the appearance parts. Arc Welding Robot (manufactured by Panasonic) * Welding methods: MAG welding, CO2 welding [Features] High work efficiency with minimal spatter. Once the program is set, operators without technical skills can perform the work. Three arc welding robots are dedicated to mass production. In addition to robotic welding machines, we have various assembly technologies such as argon welding machines, spot welding machines, and riveters.
