An important process related to quality! Selecting the right mixing machine that corresponds to the type and amount of rubber materials being blended is crucial!
Rubber can enhance its performance by mixing and kneading the polymer, which is the raw material, with compounding materials. This process of mixing and kneading rubber materials is called "rubber kneading." Kneading is the process of obtaining a compound by uniformly mixing and dispersing the polymer and compounding materials according to the formulation design, using kneading machines such as rollers and mixers. Kneading is a crucial step in the manufacturing line of rubber products that affects their quality, and any mistakes in the kneading process can have a significant impact on subsequent processes. Therefore, kneading is an important step that must incorporate various materials according to the rubber formulation. 【Rubber Kneading Process】 ■1. Pre-kneading process: Kneading only the polymer in the kneading machine ■2. Kneading process: Kneading various compounding materials into the pre-kneaded polymer ■3. Discharge process: Discharging the kneaded rubber material at the desired size *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
