We would like to introduce a case study on the design and manufacturing of the "Food Packaging Machine (Outer Packaging)" developed by Achi Seiki Co., Ltd. This product is a packaging machine designed for individual packaging of food products. Upon receiving a request from our customer, we handle everything from part processing to assembly, electrical work, adjustments, and program installation before shipping. There were similar post-welding processes that required different jigs, and there were challenges related to weight reduction and precision improvement. Therefore, we collaborated with the customer's development team to select and design materials and shapes, standardizing certain aspects such as shape and welding methods.
