【High-quality TEM00 beam, spectral width <120MHz, single-frequency all-solid-state laser at the Fourier limit】 ◀ Single-frequency all-solid-state laser system IXION-193 ▶ ● Can be used for optical measurements, correction of 193 nm stepper optics, and bandwidth control of high-power ArF excimer lasers. ● The spectral bandwidth is an approximation of the theoretical value at the Fourier limit. ● Specifiable central wavelength The central wavelength can be specified upon ordering from the range of 185 to 194 nm. ● As an option, a high-precision spectrometer with an absolute wavelength accuracy of 0.001 nm can be integrated into the system.
