The gantry-type welding robot can accommodate up to 4 units! Continuous welding of panels with different dimensions and shapes is possible.
"Panel Welding Gantry" is an automated welding solution that suspends multiple robots above steel (ship) panels. The multi-robot system is available with the intelligent RinasWeld software for non-stop welding and elimination of all robot programming time. With the intelligent RinasWeld software, it is possible to derive all production data from 3D CAD models. RinasWeld automatically generates collision free robot programs including predefined weld data, and distributes the workload between the robots. 【Features】 ■ Up to 4 welding robots per gantry ■ Continuous welding of panels with different dimensions and shapes ■ Automatic programming of welding robots *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
