Urawa Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer engaged in parts cutting and processing. Our company is broadly divided into three departments. 1. Automotive Parts Processing Department In the Automotive Parts Processing Department, we undertake cutting processing of aluminum die-cast products, primarily focusing on electric power steering parts, engine parts, and oil pump parts for automobiles. 2. Precision Machinery Parts Processing In the Precision Machinery Parts Processing Department, we perform machining of linear guide bearings and grinding and monocarrier sliders for NSK Ltd. We also handle additional processing of ball screw ends as an accredited factory for NSK Ltd. 3. Prototyping Department In the Prototyping Department, we mainly carry out cutting processing of sand castings and gypsum castings. We can respond to single development items, and it is also possible for Urawa Manufacturing to consistently handle everything from development prototypes to mass production. For sand and gypsum castings, we can respond from the mold stage, so if we can borrow 3D data, we will deliver the finished product.
