A camera-type seed counter (counting machine, parts counter) has tried counting corn at high speed!
We tested a camera-type seed counter (counting machine, parts counter) that counts corn at high speed! The camera performs image processing to count the number of seeds or parts, which is what a camera-based image processing counter does. The trough of the vibration feeder can be customized to various configurations, such as 2 rows, 4 rows, or 14 rows, according to specifications. basic information
For the first time in the world, we have equipped a seed counter with AI. We can provide the world's most advanced next-generation two-directional spectral image processing camera-type counting machine. By observing falling seeds from two directions, we have achieved accuracy and performance that laser displacement sensor-type counters and photoelectric tube (light sensor, light film sensor) type counters could not reach. This seed counter (counting machine, parts counter) can accurately count seeds. We refer to it as a vision counter. It is the world's first counting machine equipped with AI. A single camera processes images of falling objects from two directions to count them. It comes with a particle size distribution table, making it easy to set the range of counted products.
