Eliminating paper-based aggregation tasks! Introducing a case study of system implementation at Nippon Automatic Control Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
At Nippon Automatic Regulator Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a specialized manufacturer of industrial valves, there were challenges such as "wanting to improve operational efficiency and enhance labor productivity" and "wanting to realize data-driven management." In response, a hybrid system that accommodates both custom and standard production was introduced, fundamentally re-evaluating the existing workflow and establishing a data-driven management foundation. As a result, the waste of double input and double checks that occurred when printing paper forms was eliminated, and paper-based operations were reduced by approximately 40%.
