KF-200 series side-mounted float switch with a simple structure that reliably captures the liquid level - special specification!
Introducing the special specifications of the horizontal mounting float switch in the KF-200 series, which reliably captures the liquid level with a simple structure! - Float with Bellows: Model KF-209 The bellows prevent the intrusion of fine solid particles mixed in the measuring liquid into the float's moving parts, ensuring it continues to operate. - Rust-resistant Bellows Float Switch: Model KF-207BR To prevent rust caused by standard stainless steel materials in seawater, the float is made of PVC, and the liquid contact parts are coated with tar epoxy. - Horizontal Type Vertical Mounting: Model KF-207F When viscous liquids or liquids mixed with impurities and debris are mounted horizontally, there is a possibility of them entering the moving parts. This model is suitable for cases where vertical mounting from the top of the tank is desired. Additionally, we manufacture level switches suitable for various applications, including explosion-proof specifications, heat-resistant specifications, models with operation confirmation test levers, two-contact output specifications, and products that have obtained NK certification. If you have any concerns regarding liquid level measurement, please feel free to contact us.

basic information
<Operating Principle> The magnet attached to the end of the float interacts with the magnet inside the terminal box, which is completely isolated by a partition, through mutual magnetic force. This interaction detects changes in the liquid level as ON-OFF changes of the micro switch. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
