The low-temperature black chrome treatment offers excellent wear resistance, light-selective absorption, and thermal absorption, leading to increased demand in industries related to semiconductors, LCDs, and optical technologies. It is tightened using a hexagonal rod wrench (hex key), making it suitable for tightening in narrow spaces where using a spanner or wrench is difficult. It complies with EU-RoHS2 standards. Applications: Semiconductor and LCD manufacturing equipment, optical inspection equipment, top covers and diaphragm parts of high-end single-lens reflex digital cameras, precision drive components such as LM guides and gears, etc. Standard film thickness: 3 to 12 μm.
