In Japan, where temperatures rise year by year, washing with cold seawater is the primary condition for maintaining freshness.
The sterilized cold seawater supply system can continuously supply cold seawater, managing water temperature and quality by equalizing water temperature and salinity. Since it is a system that directly sterilizes and cools seawater, it can reduce the running costs for cooling. Sterilized cold seawater can replace ice, allowing for better freshness preservation by preventing bacterial growth.
