Solve the soft zone problem with laser hardening!
【Conventional Issues】 In high-frequency induction hardening, the soft zone forms a triangular shape (red dashed line) and reaches approximately 30mm at its widest point. As a result, the durability at the position of the soft zone decreases. Additionally, distortion in thin sections is also a concern. 【Advantages of Laser Hardening】 In laser hardening, the soft zone is reduced to 1.5mm, resolving issues related to abnormal wear in the soft zone. Furthermore, distortion in thin sections is limited to within 0.1mm. 【Specifications】 Material: SCM435 Depth: 0.3–0.5mm Hardness: HRC55
