【Solution Details】 <Combination with DPS + Free Roller Conveyor> ■ Scan the barcodes of the customer list for the tasks using a scanner. ■ After scanning, a shipping label for the destination is issued and attached to the collection box. ■ Additionally, the indicator lamp at the corresponding shelf location blinks, prompting picking from that location. ■ Based on the shipping frequency of the products, blocks are divided, and representative indicators + front indicators are used accordingly. ■ After picking, the picked products are placed into the collection box with the same order number displayed. ■ Once the work in each block is completed, the completion lamp blinks, indicating the task is finished. ■ The collection box is transported to the next block via the conveyor. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
