Solving various problems caused by traditional gland packing and mechanical seals! The best performance as a rotating shaft seal for various machines.
● Solving issues such as caramelization of powdered raw materials due to frictional heat with the shaft, wear on the shaft surface, contamination from packing, increased power load due to over-tightening of packing, toxic gases, leakage of contents, and low process efficiency due to leaks. ● Due to its simple structure, it can be installed without major modifications to existing equipment and is sufficiently capable of handling frequent replacements in sanitary environments.

Company information
The MECO seal is a shaft sealing device newly developed by Wuddex Bearing Company in Maine, USA, for low-speed rotating equipment. It has a special structure similar to a dry mechanical seal and is custom-made with a two-part design, making it very easy to retrofit and maintain in existing machinery. While it has high sealing performance, it also has a large tolerance for shaft runout, making it highly effective for retrofitting devices that use gland packing. Various models are available, including those designed to withstand high temperatures, those that enhance sanitary properties, and inexpensive off-the-shelf models suitable for simple devices, allowing us to provide original seals tailored to the customer's applications and specifications.
